How it works and where your audio goes: this page uses the browser's SpeechRecognition (webkitSpeechRecognition) API. This site never receives your audio or transcript - nothing is sent to our servers - but be aware that Chrome and Edge typically process the audio through the browser vendor's speech service (Google or Microsoft) to do the transcription, so treat it accordingly for sensitive content. Recognition pauses automatically after silence; this page restarts it for you until you press Stop. Tips: speak punctuation like "comma" and "period" in English (support varies by language), use an external microphone for better accuracy, and grant the microphone permission when the browser asks. Great for drafting prompts, meeting notes, and first drafts you will clean up by hand.
